Cancellation Policy

Booking and Payment

• For first aid course for individuals, full payment is required prior to the course. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

• For courses in workplace settings, booking is confirmed via email, and payment is required on receipt of invoice after training.

Customer Cancellations for pre-paid first aid courses

• More than 7 days before the course: Full refund or free transfer to another available date.

• 3-7 days before the course: 50% refund or free transfer to another available date.

• Less than 72 hours before the course: No refund.

• Failure to attend (no-show): No refund or transfer.

Course Transfers

• One transfer to an alternative course date is permitted if requested at least 7 days before the course, subject to availability.

• Additional transfers may incur an administration fee (e.g. £25).

Business or Group Bookings

• Group bookings cancelled within 12 days of the course may be charged the full course fee due to instructor and resource commitments.

Cancellation by Us

• If we need to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances (such as instructor illness, insufficient numbers, or severe weather), you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • A transfer to another available course date.

Exceptional Circumstances

• We understand emergencies happen. Requests due to serious illness or bereavement may be considered at our discretion, and we may offer a transfer or credit where appropriate.

Certificates

• Certificates are only issued to learners who successfully complete all required assessments and attendance requirements.

• Learners who arrive more than 30minutes of time late may not be permitted to join the course if it would compromise the awarding body's requirements.
