This course is taught in your place of work and equips all staff with the knowledge and practical skills needed to recognise and respond to medical emergencies within a primary care setting.
Topics include:
Adult and paediatric CPR
AED use
Choking management
Recognition of deteriorating patients
Medical emergency response (including anaphylaxis management)
Prices start at £300 (+VAT) (for up to 20 trainees) for a 3 hour session.
Suitable for low risk workplaces such as offices, retail environments, volunteer groups and small businesses.
This course provides learners with the essential skills needed to respond to common workplace emergencies and fulfil the role of an emergency first aider.
Topics include:
CPR and AED use
Recovery position
Choking
Bleeding
Minor injuries
Incident management
Primary survey
Shock
On completion of this course, learners receive an Ofquals certificate that is valid for 3 years.
This course can be taught in your own space for up to 12 learners. Prices start from £450 (+VAT) per day. The day is typically 9-4pm, but can also work around your schedule.
Designed specifically for dentists and dental staff, this course supports compliance with professional GDC requirements and prepares teams to manage medical emergencies within the dental practice. This course is offered within your own work environment.

Airway management
Choking
Medical emergencies (including anaphylaxis)
A review of your current emergency equipment and procedures
Prices start from £300 (+VAT) (for up to 20 trainees) for a 3 hour session.
This course provides care home staff with the confidence and skills to respond quickly and effectively when a resident experiences a medical emergency. Whilst the course will ensure compliance with BLS requirements, it will also provide essential training on common emergencies within the care home setting.
Topics may include:
Adult BLS with AED use
Teaching on common care home emergencies such as acute delirium, sepsis, reduced GCS, chest pain and more
We can tailor training to suit your needs- has there been a client safety incident that requires some teaching on? We can provide specific training to ensure that we learn from these events
Prices for BLS start from £300 (+VAT) ( for up to 15 staff members) for a 3 hour session.
Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) is a one-day practical course designed for anyone looking to develop essential first aid knowledge and lifesaving skills. Whether you need first aid for your workplace, home, community, or personal development, the course provides practical training to help you respond confidently and effectively in an emergency.

Following each simulation, participants take part in a structured debrief where we explore what went well, what we would do differently next time, team communication, leadership, clinical reasoning and much more.
