Customised Clinical Simulation Training
Every healthcare setting faces unique challenges. Sometimes a patient safety incident, near miss, or emerging concern can leave teams feeling uncertain about how they would respond if the situation occurred again.
Our Clinical Simulation Training provides a safe, supportive environment where teams can practice managing realistic clinical and non-clinical emergencies, identify areas for improvement, and develop confidence in their response.
Using carefully designed scenarios tailored to you organisation, we recreate realistic situations that allow staff to practice communication, teamwork, decision-making, leadership and emergency management.
Who is it for?
GP Practices
Dental Practices
Care Homes
Community Healthcare Services
Primary Care Networks
Healthcare Organisations
Following each simulation, participants take part in a structured debrief where we explore what went well, what we would do differently next time, team communication, leadership, clinical reasoning and much more. Our aim is not to assess individuals but to help teams learn, improve systems, and strengthen patient safety.
Prices vary depending on requirements. We’d love to hear from you about how we can design a simulation session around your organisations needs.
